Referrals
Earn $3,000 – $7,500+ Per Closed Referral
Know a business struggling with their CRM, drowning in spreadsheets, or needing a proper Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft 365 migration, implementation, or overhaul? Help your network build out sustainable systems that streamline the operation, increase efficiency, and make a real impact to the value of the business. I’d love to help them do just that while making it worth your while at the same time.
I pay 15% of every closed project to referral partners.

Quick Navigation
15% of Total Project Value
This applies to project-based work only (Statement of Work [SOW] agreements)
Here’s what that looks like:
- $25,000 project = $3,750 to you
- $40,000 project = $6,000 to you
- $50,000 project = $7,500 to you
- $80,000 project = $12,000 to you
If you refer 2-3 clients per year, that can easily turn into $12,000 – $22,000 in your pocket for simply making introductions.
Recent Project Example
Built a complete Dynamics 365 Sales system for an organization in 9 days. That meant custom entities & logic, route optimization with Maplytics, inventory tracking, contract management, and full Microsoft 365 integration. Things move VERY fast once the SOW has been signed.
What Qualifies for Payment
Requirements
- You make a warm introduction to a business owner or decision-maker
- The prospect wasn’t already in my pipeline
- We sign a Statement of Work (SOW) for project-based work
- The SOW is signed within 180 days of your introduction
- The client completes payment
Multiple SOWs from One Referral
If your referral results in multiple related projects scoped during the initial engagement (e.g., a Dynamics 365 implementation + Microsoft 365 migration identified in the same discovery process), you earn 15% on all SOWs contracted within that 180-day window.
Payment Timeline
You receive your referral fee within 30 days of final client payment on the project.
Who I’m Looking For
Perfect Fit Clients
- Mid-sized businesses ($2M to $50M+ revenue) needing Dynamics 365 / Microsoft 365 solutions
- Companies outgrowing spreadsheets, legacy systems, or fragmented tools
- Organizations ready to invest in proper systems (typical budget: $25k – $50k+)
- Industries I work particularly well with: distribution, sales-heavy operations, field services, professional services
- US-based companies only (preferably PA). Some exceptions could be considered for international companies with a large US-presence, at my discretion.
Red Flags I Avoid
- Businesses expecting enterprise solutions on startup budgets
- Companies that won’t engage in the discovery process
- Organizations with unrealistic timelines (though I do work fast)
Three Easy Options
1. Email Introduction
Connect us via email and I’ll take it from there.
2. Intro Call
Set up a brief call where you introduce us, then I handle the rest.
3. Share My Info
Give them my contact details and have them mention you sent them.
Once you make the introduction, I manage everything: discovery, scoping, proposal, delivery. You don’t need to project manage or stay involved unless you want to.
What Sets Me Apart
- My values & mission align with how I operate
- I consistently deliver high-quality solutions
- I provide clients with a complete 24/7 self-service project tracker (NEXUS), automated project updates emails, and automated billing. Meaning complete transparency and predictability.
- I deliver on time (often ahead of schedule)
- I build what businesses actually need, not just what they ask for
- I communicate clearly and document everything
- I work weekends and often late nights because I genuinely enjoy this work
- I’ve been doing this long enough to know when to push back and when to lock in & execute
Current Capacity
I have a fair amount of flexibility, but this is a first-come-first-serve proposition until I reach my maximum capacity. Project-based work typically takes 2-4 weeks of focused effort, though I’ve delivered on compressed timelines when needed.
Translation: If you know someone who needs help, don’t wait. I might be at capacity.

What Doesn’t Qualify
- Bill-as-you-go (BAYG) support arrangements β I focus on project-based implementations where I can deliver the most value
- Projects I develop after 180 days β If I cultivate new opportunities months later through ongoing relationship management, those are outside the referral program
- Prospects already in my pipeline β If weβre already in active conversation before your introduction
- Multiple referrers for the same opportunity β Credit goes to the first person who makes the qualifying introduction
- Introductions without access to a decision-maker β Referrals must connect me to someone with budget authority or direct access to it
- Self-referrals β You cannot refer your own business
Common Questions
What if the client wants bill-as-you-go instead of a project?
BAYG arrangements don’t qualify for the referral program. I focus on project-based implementations where I can deliver the most value.
What if they need multiple projects?
If multiple projects are identified during the initial discovery and contracted within 180 days, you earn 15% on all of them. If I develop additional opportunities months later through ongoing relationship management, those are outside the referral program.
How do I track my referrals?
Once you make an introduction, I’ll keep you updated on the status. When a deal closes and the client pays, I’ll reach out to arrange your payment.
Do I need to sign anything?
Nope. This is a straightforward arrangement. Make the intro, I’ll handle the rest, and you get paid when the client pays.
Still have questions? Just ask. This is designed to be simple and mutually beneficial.
Let’s build something great and make it worth your time.
