- Bill-as-you-go (BAYG) support arrangements β I focus on project-based implementations where I can deliver the most value
- Projects I develop after 270-days (9 months) β If I cultivate new opportunities months later through ongoing relationship management, those are outside the referral program
- Prospects already in my pipeline β If weβre already in active conversation before your introduction
- Multiple referrers for the same opportunity β Credit goes to the first person who makes the qualifying introduction
- Introductions without access to a decision-maker β Referrals must connect me to someone with budget authority or direct access to it
- Self-referrals β You cannot refer your own business UNLESS you are not in a leadership or stakeholder position in the business and have disclosed this referral program to your leadership team.

What if the client wants bill-as-you-go instead of a project?
BAYG arrangements donβt qualify. I focus on project-based implementations where I can deliver the most value.
What if they need multiple projects?
If multiple projects are identified during initial discovery and contracted within 9 months, you earn 15% on all of them.
How do I track my referrals?
Once you make the introduction, Iβll keep you updated. When the client pays, Iβll reach out to arrange your payment.
Do I need to sign anything?
No. This is a straightforward arrangement.

This referral program is not a contract and does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.
Signed SOWs are estimates only whose sole purpose is for a client to reserve T&M for all project deliverables, timelines, and budgets. While rare, clients may remove certain scope items during the project, which reduces the SOW’s value. Every instance of this is clearly documented & fully transparent. You will be notified in the event this takes place.
Alpyne 365 reserves the right to determine referral eligibility, accept or decline any engagement, and modify or discontinue the program at any time.
Referral payments of $600 or more in a calendar year require a completed W-9 and will be reported on IRS Form 1099-NEC.
